Web Based Gospel Presentation Rules
WEB BASED GOSPEL PRESENTATION
I. GENERAL MEDIA CATEGORY INSTRUCTIONS
Media presentations are shown or read the day of Teens Involved. Teens listed on the roster must comply with the attendance rules in order to be eligible for recognition and to earn awards. However, an alternate teen may read or show the media presentation.
A. Three (3) weeks prior to the event or by the date specified:
1. Five copies of the Presentation Information Sheet must be prepared and submitted to the Word of Life Area Missionary in charge. You must include the URL of your presentation
2. Presentation Must be uploaded to the web for Judging. While it is not required, you can use www.teensinvolved.com to host your Presentation for free.
B. Entries received later than the specified time will be accepted at the discretion of Word of Life.
C. Each presentation must be resubmitted by May 15th for International participation.
D. The presentation must be the work of the teenager(s). Adult coaching and supervising is strongly encouraged, but the actual production work must be done hands on by the teen(s) listed on the roster.
E. Participants should bring a copy of their entry to show or read on the day of presentation. All judging will be completed prior to the day of presentation.
II. SPECIFIC WEB BASED GOSPEL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
A. Each entry must be viewable in a MS Internet Explorer 6.0 web browser.
B. Each presentation must:
1. Be a Gospel presentation.
2. Be communicated in the appropriate way to the target audience.
3. Use either .html; .asp; .php or flash technology.
4. Be geared to move the audience to a salvation decision.
5. Include a Gospel invitation with a method to respond.
6. Give appropriate credits. You are responsible to abide by all copyright laws.
7. Participants are responsible for code debugging and site functionality.
